My rating was influenced by the driver and crew. They were professional and courteous to me, as well as each other. The representative named Donald Taylor in Greensville, NC was excellent in everything. The driver named Gary was also excellent. The loading crew was awesome. They got my goods to me within 20 hrs. John, driver was great. I was way over estimated $1000 and they said it would take a minimum of 5 weeks to get a refund. Not good! Everything was very smooth and I did not have any problems. I had just put new carpet in the house and it was raining outside. The crew was very clean and careful. The delivery team was friendly, courteous, worked hard, offered assistance, and assisted me with things that I wanted. Everybody that I came into contact with was very professional and helped me understand what the process was. The attitude of the crew and the delivery that was promised was accurate and on time. The crew was very accommodating and in a great mood. The delivery crew worked very hard. I wanted to move items from Florida to Kentucky and there was lag time between examination of the goods and setting up a date. The man suggested doing things over the phone. The delivery team was considerate and asked where should everything be placed. The delivery team was patient and made sure the overall move went smoothly. Because they kept in touch with me. They called to let me know where they were. The drivers arrived when they said they would. They put everything exactly where I wanted it. They were really good.
