It was just really good follow-up, and good customer service. The process was polite and professional. The representative named Donald Taylor in Greensville, NC was excellent in everything. The driver named Gary was also excellent. I had a horrible past experience but this time around they were early, everyone was all around nice and accommodating. I was thrilled and being young, no body tried to take advantage of me. I wanted to move items from Florida to Kentucky and there was lag time between examination of the goods and setting up a date. The man suggested doing things over the phone. Overall there was no difficulties during the move. The crew did exactly what they said they would do. The driver was efficient and communicated well. The packers was nice and courteous. The driver and the packers was super careful. I was very impressed throughout the entire move. The srvc was on time and the crew was very courteous. Everything was done smoothly and with no issues. I felt that the crew was professional and skilled. They were very helpful and went above and beyond. The communication was good, also. The Representative and delivery team were very helpful and the move went smoothly. I was fortunate to have the same crew. I am extremely satisfied. The driver was courteous. The driver was outstanding. The driver loaded and delivered my items. Having the same driver was important to me. The driver explained everything to me.
