Because they kept in touch with me. They called to let me know where they were. The drivers arrived when they said they would. They put everything exactly where I wanted it. They were really good. The overall move was excellent. I was pleased with my friend recommending me to North American Van Lines. I liked the way I was treated. North American Van Lines weren't the cheapest but I chose to go with North American because of the professionalism. Everyone was professional and careful. The driver informed me about everything that was going on. The crew did just what they said they will do. Starting from the agent to the unloading process. I had a horrible past experience but this time around they were early, everyone was all around nice and accommodating. I was thrilled and being young, no body tried to take advantage of me. Everything went smoothly. The crew was kind, courteous, patient with all the changes, professional, polite and very accommodating with the kids that were around when loading. The loading crew was awesome. They got my goods to me within 20 hrs. John, driver was great. I was way over estimated $1000 and they said it would take a minimum of 5 weeks to get a refund. Not good! The attitude of the crew and the delivery that was promised was accurate and on time. The crew was very accommodating and in a great mood. The delivery crew worked very hard. The srvc was on time and the crew was very courteous. Everything was done smoothly and with no issues. I thought everybody was careful, precise and things were wrapped good. I was pleased with the overall process. I want to thank North American. Boxes weren't marked. It would've been nice to know what's in them.
