The representative named Donald Taylor in Greensville, NC was excellent in everything. The driver named Gary was also excellent. The packing, loading, and del crew was on time. The crew was courteous, professional, and cared about how to treat the items. The crew was willing to accommodate the things that we didn't ask for. The delivery team was friendly, courteous, worked hard, offered assistance, and assisted me with things that I wanted. The driver and crew did everything asked, were professional and had good attitudes, which is rare. Their biggest truck got out of a difficult situation without damaging the farm. The crew did a good job. The customer stated that he would recommend to his friends. Everything okay. Everything was very smooth and I did not have any problems. I had just put new carpet in the house and it was raining outside. The crew was very clean and careful. The moving team was prompt. I thought it was great that two brothers did the move. They had a great a work ethic. The drivers on the truck were excellent. The drivers unloaded and worked hard until the job was done. It was a great move. I had an engaging, caring, & hard working crew. I've moved many times in the past & this is the best crew I've had. The driver was efficient and communicated well. The packers was nice and courteous. The driver and the packers was super careful. I was very impressed throughout the entire move.
