I would recommend North American because of the driver and the coordinator exemplified good customer service,freindly and courteous. I liked the communication between the co-ordinator driver & myself. The delivery team went out of their way to give me the dates I requested for the move. The entire move was perfect. The crew was on time , called me ahead of time, and did what they were supposed to do during the entire move process. I was very satisfied with my experience. I was happy with the overall move. The care the driver and crew took, the professionalism and thetimeliness of the service. Everyone was so courteous and helpful.The driver stayed in touch when the snow arrived and was very cooperative when coordinating with us because of the snow. The delivery team was very friendly and always told us exactly what they were doing before hand. I was very pleased with the customer service. The timeliness of the packers, movers, and the move itself to drop off everything most influenced my rating. The professionalism and respect showed by the driver and his crew. The crew did the packing, the loading and the unloading. It was the same crew on both ends. North American was rated number one, the professionalism of the person that did the estimate and the effective communication. Also the professionalism of the driver. I was pleased starting with the person that came out to do the estimate all the way to the end of the process. The companies usually want a ten days notice I only gave 24hrs and it was still done.
