The delivery team was very fast, nice and efficient. The delivery team took care of everything and overall I think that the delivery team did a very good job. I was satisfied with the way North American constantly communicated with me and the cost of the move was less than what I thought it would be. I have moved with them before and I have a cousin that works with them. Customer satisfication is what most influenced my rating. I like the fact that the rep, driver and del crew did what needed to be done before and after the move. The delivery team was very friendly and always told us exactly what they were doing before hand. I was very pleased with the customer service. The service was prompt, the delivery team was respectful and everything was packed in a timely manner. The service that I received was great. The crew were so kind and careful and were willing to do everything I asked. The crew did not complain and it was hard work moving into a old house with doorways and stairwell. I would recommend North American because of the driver and the coordinator exemplified good customer service,freindly and courteous. The courtesy and professionlism of the staff. The crew worked together as a team. Tammy was pleasant, professional and easy to work with. I already scheduled with the same people for another move. Because the crew was careful with my things, nothing was broken, and the crew used clean blankets to pack my things with.
