The timeliness of the packers, movers, and the move itself to drop off everything most influenced my rating. The crew was very helpful, and nice, and the representative, also. The crew delivered early and I felt that was great. Everyone was very nice and went out of their way to please us. They wanted to make sure we were happy. The men who started the whole process and went above and beyond what is necessary for someone in his position and he made the move perfect for my mother under the circumstances I explained to him. The crew really cared about my things and packed carefully. They easily agreed w/ me about where to place certain things. I could tell that they were happy to do a good job. The delivery team was very friendly and always told us exactly what they were doing before hand. I was very pleased with the customer service. I was satisfied with the way North American constantly communicated with me and the cost of the move was less than what I thought it would be. I was happy with the overall move. The care the driver and crew took, the professionalism and thetimeliness of the service. The moving crew was very good w/their work. Also, the moving crew was on time and was very careful w/my furniture b/c I didn't receive any damaged furniture. Because they were really good people,did a real good job,no problems.I was really satisfied,if i wanted to move again I would use them and if anybody wants to move I would recommend.
