Everything went real easy. The people who came picked it up was nice. Also the delivery guy was nice. The driver and crew on both ends were excellent. The communication with the mover coordinator was great. I didn't have any problems. My rating was influenced because everything worked extremely well. Everything was delivered intact, and I think everything went well. I personally know Rogard Ward, I trusted his company and I was absolutely satisfied. I just hope they get more business. I rated a 10 for the quality of the service I received. I've used North American Van Lines in the past. Joel and Larry were prompt, polite and kept me updated about where they were. Joel and Larry were fabulous; they put down a runer/care with possessions I had moved with the company before and they did a great job.The only issue was that an additional one hundred and sixty nine dollars was charged at the end of the move. The crew did extremely well. The crew was friendly and did well with bringing it in. Covers were put down so not to track in because it was raining really hard. I though the crew did a fine job. The general professionalism of the move on both sides. I was not told that I would need a certified check to pay the driver. I paid cash b/c the driver would not accept a personal check. I had a good relationship with the account manager. The crew was very pleasant and the crew did a very good job. The move as wonderful. Everything went well on both ends.The crew was clean, polite, careful & friendly.
