I thought everything went smoothly, the crews arrived on time and all of the dates stuck. Everything was laid out perfectly. Just said what del tm would do & del it. I didn't have any hassles. Professionally dressed, neat, I was just shocked. Everything was nicely done by the company. The crew did everything that they were supposed to do in a timely manner. Everybody was friendly, was there when they said they were going to be and did what they said they would do. The crew did extremely well. The crew was friendly and did well with bringing it in. Covers were put down so not to track in because it was raining really hard. I though the crew did a fine job. I had moved with the company before and they did a great job.The only issue was that an additional one hundred and sixty nine dollars was charged at the end of the move. The general professionalism of the move on both sides. I was not told that I would need a certified check to pay the driver. I paid cash b/c the driver would not accept a personal check. We have used North American Van Lines twice in the last 4 months. The crew were respectful courteous and did a great job. The move as wonderful. Everything went well on both ends.The crew was clean, polite, careful & friendly. The pick up and delivery driver was very careful. When we move the things out of storage I will try to get the same driver as before.
