The professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness and overall care in the handling of our goods influenced my rating. The crew did a great job & was on time. Everyone did an awesome job & the packing/unpacking was awesome. Nothing was broken. Everything arrived the same way it was shipped. I thought the whole experience was wonderful. From a communications point of view it was great. The movers and packers were wonderful, it was great. The overall respect for my household goods. My only concern was with the sub contractor from the rep felt I should have got them to do the extra work that I had done. Everything was done exactly the way & when North American said it would be done. I haven't found anything to be unhappy about. I just thought that the team really cared about us. The team was really professional, thorough, and friendly. The team was friendly, courteous, professional and didn't use bad language. The unpackers were nice, courteous, clean, very respectful and removed the packers shoes. The unloading crew was polite,courteous and knew what they were doing. My goods were unloaded in no time and nothing was broken. Overall, the whole process was great. The communication was excellent, the coordinator had the move done on time. Everybody was great. The driver and his wife were absolutely phenomenal. The rep that came out was professional and upfront. This was the best experience I have ever had. I would definitely recommend North American. We moved 2000 miles and nothing went wrong.
