The overall experience when I first called in. I was kept informed about everything. I was looking for a specific item and the crew checked to make sure it was there. The people from the company was very professional and did a very good job during the move. The driver was also very good while helping us during the move. The driver was excellent.The driver was courteous and polite. The driver was honest and professional. Two workers didn't work as much as another crew member. I have tons of glass and very little broke The way I was informed about the status of my delivery, and the way I was treated throughout the move from the estimate to the delivery. The communication was second to none. I had the same pair of men who packed, loaded, and unloaded and they were on time, respectful, and treated my items with care. Don, the sales rep was great from the beginning. The driver did not have enough room on the truck, but made it work. I did not have to worry about anything. The crew took care of everything. The agents were very personable and helpful. They focused on the task and were not distracted. They checked with me about different boxes and offered suggestions which were helpful. I would definitely recommend if we are working with the same crew. The crew was very good and did everything we asked. Nothing was broken. The crew was extremely courteous and helpful. I think the crew was very professional, very willing to follow my schedule. The crew was here the next day as they said. As the crew was unloading my crystal, the pace was so that I could keep up.
