The professionalism of the crew that did the packing, loading, and the unloading of the items. The driver kept me updated on the moving process. The timeliness and the quality of the driver and the crew, I had no broken items and the crew got the job done on time. The overall move went pretty well. I had a few issues with the driver but the crew was okay. There were some miscommunication issues between the driver and me. The driver didn't accommodate my needs. I was pleased with the overall move. The crew took care of everything from the beginning to the end. I did not have to stress about anything. They were fabulous. We used them before, you guys were so helpful. Your customer service is extremely helpful, excellent service. They went above and beyond. This is our 7th move in 10 years and this was the easiest. The driver went above and beyond, the packers did a great job and everyone was polite. I'm going back to school, and I had no complaints for the move, compared to other people that I know. The carefulness of the crew and everyone else. The people at the local office were very professional. The individuals were all very cooperative. There was another company that initially quoted me a lower price and then they started adding on prices. It was all a good situation with North American. The crew were very careful. So far nothing that I've unpacked has been broken, and all of my questions were answered.
