I used the company before. The communication was good, the delivery was on time, and the company is very business like. Everything went very well from the estimate, scheduling, coordinating drivers and crew in getting me to where I needed to be. This move was especially good because of the professionalism of everybody. Everyone followed through. To have everyone come together and work together, I was delighted and there were no surprises. The courtesy that North American provided and their professionalism. They were just wonderful people. From the beginning to the end, it was a great move. The driver, Albert Clark, could not be more accommodating. The driver was very helpful and I am very pleased. I would recommend the driver. The excellent service I received, everybody was courteous and whenever I called they answered all of my questions and they were very patient with me. I was pleased with the great service from the loaders and the unloaders, the estimator was good, but I never got a follow up after either move. I'm extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the crew and I was happy with the time and date I was given. I was satisfied with the driver and the moving crew. We're willing to request the same crew again in the future if we have to. The crew was very efficient and had to pack the truck in pouring rain. The crew didn't complain and was very friendly.
