This move was especially good because of the professionalism of everybody. Everyone followed through. To have everyone come together and work together, I was delighted and there were no surprises. I was completely satisfied with all of the people who worked on our move from NA, they were extremely accommodating, and patient. I received a shipment that's been in storage for 21 years and it came back spotless. I'd recommend them to anyone. The drivers Mannie and Eugene were excellent. Mannie was very accommodating and Eugene did everything. Mannie hired a local person, they wer I had the best driver. Kent Washington was my coordinator and was excellent. The driver called and kept me informed about the weather conditions. From the beginning to the end, it was a great move. The driver, Albert Clark, could not be more accommodating. The driver was very helpful and I am very pleased. I would recommend the driver. The driver was awesome, the rep hit everything on the head, there were no surprises and everything went as planned. I was impressed with how they handled things. They were careful with my antiques, they took time to explain things. Nick and Amber were the movers. Everything was in good condition upon arrival. The excellent service I received, everybody was courteous and whenever I called they answered all of my questions and they were very patient with me. The North American staff was nice, courteous, fast and very friendly. I had no problems with this staff. I'm extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the crew and I was happy with the time and date I was given.
