I used the company before. The communication was good, the delivery was on time, and the company is very business like. I was satisfied with the overall process from beginning to end. Everyone that was involved took care of my items. The crew was very efficient and had to pack the truck in pouring rain. The crew didn't complain and was very friendly. The driver and crew did what they were supposed to do. Everything was explained to us, and there was constant communication. They came , they saw , they conquered. This was my first time using a moving company, I heard nightmare stories, but I didn't experience any. The way everyone handled everything. The driver stayed in contact w/ me. The driver called me whenthe driver left picking up my items. The driver called me when the driver got to town. I think the driver was excellent and kept the communication. The driver came early and the driver didn't disturb me and was careful. The coordinator did a good job following up. I was completely satisfied with all of the people who worked on our move from NA, they were extremely accommodating, and patient. From the beginning to the end, it was a great move. The driver, Albert Clark, could not be more accommodating. The driver was very helpful and I am very pleased. I would recommend the driver. The quality of service I received & the follow-up on everything. The driver was wonderful and the packers were excellent.
