The delivery team showed up and everything went smooth. I was very satisfied. Things were done on time. The manner and professionalism in which our goods were handled as well as the packing influenced my rating. During the month of July there were no moving companies available but this group was able to accommodate my request and communicate with me b/c we had a sudden death in the family. The crew cared about my satisfaction and made sure my needs were met. I had trouble with the relocating for uncrating on my end and the crew and coordinator advocated for me. I've used NVL in the past and they've been efficient and they keep their commitments. The communication is good throughout the move. The quality of the service and the price. The price was what we expected. I had good service from the people I called. I had to make one phone call to the main coordinator at Avle Moving in Kansas City who had helped me move before. My experience with the driver was superb, I was impressed with the driver's professionalism and friendly demeanor. I was impressed with the sales rep. I would recommend North American because they did what they said,nice,helpful,communicated well,and were careful with my goods. I had no problems at all. The pick up crew was really nice and seemed to know what the crew was doing. The crew was professional.
