The driver and everything the way the diver treated me, and my furniture, and the driver was professional. The service. The professionalism and the courtesy. The carefulness with our goods. The attention to the move and us. My experience with the driver was superb, I was impressed with the driver's professionalism and friendly demeanor. I was impressed with the sales rep. I've used NVL in the past and they've been efficient and they keep their commitments. The communication is good throughout the move. The driver and the crew were fantastic, polite, courteous and professional. All requests were accommodated. The overall total package. The rep that gave us the quote was very thorough. Everyone was fantastic.It was a pleasant experience. I will be recommending North American. The crew cared about my satisfaction and made sure my needs were met. I had trouble with the relocating for uncrating on my end and the crew and coordinator advocated for me. I had no problems at all. The pick up crew was really nice and seemed to know what the crew was doing. The crew was professional. With the exception of a few broken dishes, I didn't have to worry about anything. The communication was good.
