The professionalism of the driver and crew. The driver and crew were on time and made the moving experience extremely tolerable. The good customer service provided. The sales person was very friendly, knowledgeable, able to give me an estimate on the spot and print the estimate out and provided packing tips. I was a teacher to the representative and the owner of Westmont Moving Company. Also because someone recommended North American to me. The driver was professional and courteous. The driver took the time to level my table for me. The driver was excellent. The overall process influenced my rating. The rep was great at setting up and the move went according to plan. The driver was very courteous & kind & answered my questions. There was no doubt that my items would arrive on time & safely. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. If I am to recommend something or someone, I would have to base it on my own experience. I felt I could trust driver & crew. The person who did estimate-everything worked out. The rep is the reason I picked NAVL, showed interest in our furniture & antiques, seemed to care. I was satisfied with everything. The people knew what was going on and was there on time. It was very easy for us, we knew where everything was all the time. The crew went beyond what I expected during my move. The del tm is definitely an asset to the company.
