NorthAmerican Van Lines was professional, had very good communication, and they were very accommodating. My rating was influenced because of the initial quote we got and I was satisfied with NAVL when Iwas moved 4 years ago. The representative on the phone that walked me through everything and the loaders that I was impressed with. Professionalism, the care that the reps showed, and the delivery. The cost of the move was better. And the reps were on time. And the reps didn't lie about the wait. The fact that everything was on time, professional, they took care of it from another city and the storage company is the one who uses them. I was just extremely satisfied with everything I asked for from the reps. All my expectations were met. North American was so good from beginning to end. I rated a ten because the main person was very knowledgeable and well informed. The drivers were very careful, very good and very nice. The drivers didn't get distracted. The driver, packers & the unloading crew were excellent and was timely. The driver was conscientious. The common courtesy and consideration for myself and my personal items. They were very considerate the entire time. I thought everybody was professional, polite and knowledgeable. The crew covered the floors and the service was excellent.
