The satisfaction with the care of items, with packing and loading them at both end of the move. The driver and crew was extremely flexible considering the whether condition. The driver called in advance to confirm the del date. The driver was here when he said he would be. The crew was very friendly. Everybody had a good attitude and a smile on their face. The crew was courteous, polite and I have nothing but good words about the company. I have already reccommeded the company. My rating was influenced by the driver being personable. The driver did a good job and they should get a raise because they worked hard. The move wasn't stressful at all. Everybody, including the packers, loaders and driver, did everything that they said they were going to do. I was happy both times I was moved by North Ameri-can. The driver was very friendly, kept me in-formed, and met all commitments. We had no problems and the move went smoothly. The customer service rep that I spoke to was very good also. The way the movers handled the furniture was very careful. The overall attitude about taking care of my items. The overall experience is what most influenced my rating. The crew made it very easy to move. The driver's name was Lamont and he made me feel very comfortable w/ having 2 strangers in my house. The crew was excellent, very organized, handled every item with care, nothing was broken, and they communicated well.
