The driver and the crew was respectful and helpful and went out of the way to help me. The driver and crew was the nicest people that I have dealt with. I would recommend the company. The crew was excellent, very organized, handled every item with care, nothing was broken, and they communicated well. The driver and crew was fantastic, careful, efficient, and courteous. The unloading crew was really fantastic. The overall experience is what most influenced my rating. The crew made it very easy to move. The driver's name was Lamont and he made me feel very comfortable w/ having 2 strangers in my house. My rating was influenced by the driver being personable. The driver did a good job and they should get a raise because they worked hard. The crew was super nice. This move took 2 1/2 years to get done because of illness. The rep was outstanding and communicated a lot with me. The price was actually cheaper than I thought. The move wasn't stressful at all. Everybody, including the packers, loaders and driver, did everything that they said they were going to do. We just felt that everything happened the way it was supposed to happen. We had a lot of help, we got a lot of used boxes, which was part of the good move. I know it's a good, honest company. I should be receiving a refund for the overcharging of the load. My aunt worked for them, and my neighbor recommended them. Driver was very professional. My origin agents were extremely helpful. Everybody well coordinated & made it very easy to over across country for me.
