The move wasn't stressful at all. Everybody, including the packers, loaders and driver, did everything that they said they were going to do. My rating was influenced by the driver being personable. The driver did a good job and they should get a raise because they worked hard. We didn't have any prob. If there was issue, we were called. There was a prob. with the truck and the driver called. Nothing was broke. All in all, we were very satisfied. They were not only good,they were nice and christian ppl. They were really good guys and the young ladies worked hard too. I called the local moving association that was affiliated with North American, and was satisfied to use their services. We just felt that everything happened the way it was supposed to happen. We had a lot of help, we got a lot of used boxes, which was part of the good move. It was a flawless move. When the real charges came back the rep was under 500lbs on a 10,000 lb move. The driver and crew didn't take a break. It was a blistery day when we loaded and unloaded. The driver was very professional. He was in constant communication w/ me, this made the move stress free. Adrian Lopez went above and beyond. The driver and the crew was respectful and helpful and went out of the way to help me. The driver and crew was the nicest people that I have dealt with. I would recommend the company. The coordinator and the driver had great personalities and were on top of everything. The coordinator and driver were professional and wonderful to work with.
