Everyone was very professional and careful. I had a very good experience with North American Van lines. Everybody who had to do with the move was right on time, and told me everything I needed to know. I wasn't second guessing. The fact North American Vanlines made the move as easy as possible. The driver and crew were careful in not damaging anything. I just had total confidence in North American Vanlines. The driver's willingness to go out the way to make sure that everything went ok and that all of my goods were delivered at my doorstep. Overall customer service, which was very understanding of my circumstances to move quickly, influenced my rating. Working with the agents at the initial point of pickup, Joshua Barnett and the two reps that called me on Mr. Barnett's behalf was Wendy and Natasha. The only thing was there was a glitch in the paperwork. The driver did not believe that I had my bill pai The professionalism and how well the team treated my furniture. The people I dealt with were friendly, courteous, awesome, and packed beautifully. Every person I dealt with answered questions, was top notch, and made it all simple. There were a lot of delicate items and not a single one was damaged. Everything was perfect. North American was here when they said they would. If there were any issues I was known about it by the rep. The driver was very prompt and courteous. There hasn't been a delivery yet. I like the how polite the driver and crew was. I like the communication I recv from the rep and driver before and after the move.
