The quality of the on the entire crew is what influenced my rating. I did not like the boxes because the tape would not stick. The driver and crew were excellent. They were very professional and handled everything with care. We had the same crew and this was very helpful with communication. The del tm was friednly and helpful. The del tm did not goof off. It took the del rm two houes to load and one hour to unload. The courtesy of the move, the person who kept in touch with me and the driver went above and beyond with the move. The crew was very professional, on time, & I didn't have any issues. The crew was very cooperative. The crew worked well together. Everything went exactly as it should have. I didn't have any problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them to someone who needed to be moved. The crew were very careful. So far nothing that I've unpacked has been broken, and all of my questions were answered. The people involved in the process; how quickly they responded to potential issues and problems and was careful with my items. I have already recommended them, they are efficient, handle things in a timely matter. Whenever I called the agent they were very pleasant. We live in a small town in Wyoming and the del tm was available and very helpful. The company gave us a good quote on the price.
