North American was efficient and cared about how my furniture was handled and loaded. North American also listened to what I had to say. I called North American Vanlines and asked if I could have the same crew that handled my move three years ago to move me again.I got the crew that I wanted to move me and I was very satisfied. The amount of care that the team had. They carefully handling my goods. There was good communication and the team seemed to work really well together. The entire process is top of the line from start to finish. The process is professional and efficient. The driver was patient and communicated well. I felt very comfortable with the driver and crew. I was overall pleased with the overall move. My furniture arrived earlier than expected. The experience was great. The best move ever. The driver and crew arrived early and were professional. The crews who packed and unpacked our items were very nice and helpful. They tried to make everything easy for us. The professionalism and helpfulness. The easy of working with NA. I have heard crazy and bad stores about moves in my area. None of that happened. It was easy. This particular NorthAmerican Van Lines location has moved me 3 times and this last move was the best of them. The service was prompt. The crew was very professional and they arrived early. They were respectful of my things and my time.
