I called North American Vanlines and asked if I could have the same crew that handled my move three years ago to move me again.I got the crew that I wanted to move me and I was very satisfied. They were very professional. They previoulsy moved my mother and I was pleased with the service so Isought after them. My brother worked for North American for 30 years and they're very good moving company. I worked in an North American agency in FL. The amount of care that the team had. They carefully handling my goods. There was good communication and the team seemed to work really well together. The customer service, how friendly the workers were and how well they said they would complete the service. The driver and crew communicated well with each other and also helped me do certain things that probably wasn't in the contract. Just little things like helping move furniture around the house. North American was efficient and cared about how my furniture was handled and loaded. North American also listened to what I had to say. The experience was great. The best move ever. The driver and crew arrived early and were professional. The driver and crew were extremely patient with my Dad. My Dad had a stroke and the crew was very nice. I gave this rating based on the professionlism, and as a company, they kept their word. The driver & crew arrived on time, and they did an excellent job.
