The agent in Dixon, Il. The company, Shipperts was good and the del driver, J.D. Anderson, was good as well. The whole process. The coordinator came to my home the next morning after I called. Everything was dealt with promptly and all of my concerns were answered. Henry, the driver was wonderful. The crew was really good. I was guaranteed a good experience and that's what I received. I heard a lot on the internet about movers. It was negative, I was scared. The driver had a lot of experience. The crew didn't break anything or loose anything and they didn't have to store it. The driver was so wonderful coordinating the entire move. It was great to have the same driver on the other end. The packers were also wonderful. The quality of service. There was a high level of communication and very concerned reps about our satisfaction with everything. I had a choice of three companies and I picked North American because the representative took the most time explaining everything that the others did not. The crew did great job and was courteous. The overall move process, they were very professional, and very accommodating, this was my best experience so far. All my questions were answered, the crew was very professional and efficient. I had never used any moving service and didn't know what to expect. Everything was great and I am very satisfied. The crew who helped were very good and communicate very well.They were very honest and made me feel like I can trust them. North American was very flexible on the delivery date.
