They were very friendly and brought the piano up the stairs and around the corner. They made it very easy. The driver was careful in making sure that nothing was damaged during delivery. The driver also was careful during the delivery with moving my furniture in on my new white carpet. Just the entire process start to finish did what they were supposed to do. On time, nothing was broken so far to date. The care the crew gave to my mother's possessions. The crew was efficient and on time I was amazed on how fast things went. The crew went above and beyond. The driver and crew were very professional and the communications were done well overall throughout the move. I used North American recently for a large move and I used them again for a smaller move.
