There was nothing damaged during the move, and everything went just the way the delivery team said it would. The del tm that moved us were very good. The del tm did a very nice job, professional and pleasant & we had a lot of very heavy furniture. I would recommend NAVL. North American crew was very careful with my furniture. Nothing was damaged. The price was good. I was given free boxes. Also, North American kept in regular contact with me. The customer srvc & how good they did. Wasn't first cross country move. Other moves with difft company were bad but this move was awesome. North American put back together furniture and did very well. North American Van Lines was recommended to us and our overall move process was great so we are going to recommend North American Van Lines in the future. Just b/c everything seemed to work out fine. Everything was packed in a good manner, except one item was broken. The driver was very personable and took care of us. The driver took good care of everything and there was no damage done. Srvc was provided at a price agreed upon. The professionalism was good. The driver and the assistant were very concerned about safety and getting it done. The crew that picked up and delivered was excellent. The crew was professional, courteous, and personable. The crew didn't scratch any of my furniture or any of my walls. I was overall pleased with this moving.We had move crew for pick up and deliver and this moving crew was great.
