The carefulness and professionalism of the drivers. The rep who contacted me about the move was also professional. The professionalism of the del tm. Their were some accidental damages but I don't believe that was anyone's fault. We've used North American on different occasions & they've been good each time. I appreciate the relationship North American has w/ my seminary. I know it is a local company. I know the owner. I get personalized service. Overall they did a good job. The crew was nice and efficient. My excellent relationship I had with the storage. There was great people and crew. I never had one complaint. I felt like they cared about handling my items. We did have some things that were not packed initially but the driver packed them the next day when they arrived to load. The driver was careful and on time. The coordinator called and made sure everything was okay. The move was even better than my dad expected. The driver and the coordinator was great. I had no complaints. They did what they said they would do in a timely manner. They were considerate about my needs and concerns. I would like for this rating to get back to the people involved. The agent was a friend of mine and he understood I had to move quickly, communicated with the company, and got everything going great.I had 10 days to move and everything went very smooth. The actual people that were involved with the delivery. All the people including packers, loaders, and unloaders.
