The driver & crew were personable & easy to work w/. Amy, the coordinator did a really good job. There were no problems at all. I had a really good experience, my item were taken care of very well with reassurance that they were in good hands. The driver was professional, on time at both ends and communicated well with me. I have already recommended them, they are efficient, handle things in a timely matter. Whenever I called the agent they were very pleasant. The loading crew, unloading crew and driver influenced my rating. There were a couple of things broken but it was very minor. The professionalism and being able to contact the crew, driver, representative, it was always very easy to get a hold of a person and get responses. North American paid attention to me, wanted to do the move the way I wanted, was courteous, responsible and did an excellent job. The service was speedy and efficient. The estimate was in line with the others I received, the driver was courteous, and North American met my request for a special delivery date. The driver and their attitude and professionalism as well as the representative influenced my rating. The representative was in constant communication with me. I think that the service of the rep was outstanding, quick and professional. The coordinator was there whenever I needed and very communicative. The drivers were on time.
