The crew had hard circumstances with the move but adjusted to them well. I was totally satisfied with the service. I got a competitive bid from a smaller company which was the same price. North American was extremely helpful. We had the same driver. They wrapped up extra things we didn't have time to do. They made sure nothing got damaged in the rain. They were wonderful. Just professionalism of the driver. The driver did fantastic job. The coordinator in Florida kept in touch throughout the whole process. The fact that driver and customer service rep organized the move, and did a really good job. Very professional job. The driver was very friendly, good with my kids and didn't seem like they were in a hurry to leave. The driver noticed that I was overwhelmed with the move and asked me if I wanted them to stop. It went very smoothly and the driver was friendly and fun and on time. I am extremely satisfied. Also, communicated with me every step. The driver and his wife were awesome. They really cared about our stuff and were very careful, detailed and informative. Everything happened as promised and everything was delivered and it seemed like good communication and organization.
