My entire experience. I also used Van Lines in January and I was satisfied with Van Lines both times. a local agent saw my for sale sign on my home, this is what generated the initial contact with northamerican van lins, also a family member used them years ago. The availability of the moving coordinator. The professionalism, helpfulness and fast service of the crew. I just appreciated the customer service. I was called, treated with respect, they were smiling, they just had their act together. It wasn't just a job to them. They explained things, I was pleased. The crew was friendly, helpful and the crew handled my goods as if it was their own. The crew did everything as promised. The driver showed up before the time the dreiver.The driver was efficient.the driver extremely represented the company. Everything went so smoothly, they actually were earlier then I originally told they would be, everything was perfect. From start to finish everything was done as said. There was a great degree of professionalism from both the coordinator and the crews we worked with on both ends. The way the move was handled. Everyone was professional, careful, and it couldn't have gone better. Our expectations were met.
