Everyone was courteous from beginning to end. The crew treated my things well and did everything that I requested. The crew did a marvelous job. I was totally satis with my overall move. I think the crew did a great job. The truck driver and the assistant did a wonderful job. All of the points included in this survey are measurements I would use to state the fact that the moving experience was great and the customer service was fantastic. The rep who visited my home influenced my rating. The rep was very professional. The rep's estimate was almost exact. Everything that was told would happen, actually happened. Everything was on schedule. The team was very careful with my furniture. It was a great experience, the rep who did the estimating was friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. The packers and drivers were professional and did a good job. I was pleased with the communication from the company during my move. They did exactly what they said they would do and they treated my boxes with care The sales person was able to come out and give me a guaranteed price, the coordinator kept me informed on what was going on and the crew did an excellent job. North American was flexible with the departure dates. I was in constant communication with the agent and driver. I just think that the whole crew involved was very professional in packing everything and unloading. The crew was the best that I've had to move me.
