The quality of the move. Everyone did their part. By mistake my DVD player was not delivered and the delivery crew tried to go back, but I had left. The DVD player was delivered a year later and that I found amazing. Just the way North American handled situation. Driver extremely great, crew who packed and unpacked were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. The packers wrote on the picture boxes to separate them from the others and I thought that was remarkable. The people who came to my house had the whole thing down and I only had to say it once. The sales rep was excellent, everybody was not late, the office that I called was excellent, everyone was just responsive and they did that they said they were going to do. NorthAmerican Vanlines did everything I asked themto do and when I called NorthAmerican Vanilines answered every question. Everything went as planned. It was pretty complicated for a small amount of furniture. We've never had a problem with North American in previous moves. Everyone made this move very easy. The driver was very careful and detailed. We had great communication. The driver had a good appearance and good cust srvc. It was just how the crew stayed in contact with us during the whole process. The crew was professional. The 3rd party that did the disassembling at the loading site I was not satisfied with at all. The party that did the assembly at the final destination The drivers who came out were very professional and did a good job. The agent who set up my move was s good to.
