The care that everybody took and the concern, and the willingness to listen to me. Overall I was satisfied. The driver and movers being courteous, timely and helpful. The coordinator and movers were really good. The packers were careful. I would recommend North American because the crew was very good at what they did, respectful and took care of the items. There was a concern about the pricing. Everyone was polite, careful, and punctual. There was nothing to complain about. The crews did a great job. I've interviewed several moving companies and North America was the most professional. I will be using them at the end of the month. All around it was the best experience, the quality was great and everyone was professional. They made every part of the move unstressful for me. I was satis w/ everything from start to finish. The crew and driver was very helpful. All of my items arrived w/o any damage. I don't have anything to complain about b/c I'm very happy w/ the srvc. How nice they were; quick, efficient and took good care of our stuff; even boxed the mattresses, which I've never seen. The movers were so nice and helpful. The crew was great. North American was here from the beginning to the end. The fact that they fit us in when we needed fitting in. They were very polite and courteous. The grass was wet and they were very careful not to get any grass in my house. They were just very nice. The whole process was great. The driver was great and helpful and did a great job. I would highly reccommend them to anyone else.
