The crew was the best packers and movers I had ever had, they worked and they were careful. They took their time. I even requested them to unload my goods out of storage. The way my furniture was treated and the communication. Everyone was very respectful of my needs, furniture, my house and respectful to me. They were careful in everything they did, wrapped everything professionally and were better than the last company I used on my last move. The delivery team had a huge jog going up the hill the truck had to be pushed and the delivery team still had to come up numerous steps. But they were wonderful and could not have done a better job. They were so professional. They were cheerful and professional all the way through. They set expectations well. It was a beautiful experience. North American was great from start to finish. This is the second time I've moved with North American. I was satisfied with the driver's level of care for my furniture and the driver's good communication. The movers were so nice and helpful. The crew was great. North American was here from the beginning to the end. I was satis w/ everything from start to finish. The crew and driver was very helpful. All of my items arrived w/o any damage. I don't have anything to complain about b/c I'm very happy w/ the srvc. The service was excellent, the crew was courteous and careful. Everyone was great to deal with. The service was great.
