Everyone involved in move was really professional & very nice. Everyone did a great job. They were courteous, friendly, nice, helpful, fast and prompt. I have a problem, one box didn't arrive. I knew crew who picked up my goods. I wasn't there with the crew who delivered but I did walk in after they were done and seen everything was okay. Two factors, they did everything they said they would do at the proper time, and the price was much more competitive than the others that I contacted. I thought the driver that picked up and delivered, was very professional and personable. The crew was professional and personable too. The driver didn't put up with any mess and got the job done. Everybody was helpful, honest, and professional. Everybody followed through on what they said they would do. I think the overall experience. There were no hassles. I was told my items would arrive within 10 days and they did. My items were just as I left them. There was no damage. The follow up from Pat Haar, who is the move coordinator and the person I've been in contact with. He has done a wonderful job and he's exceptional while performing his job duties. The promptness of the pick up and delivery. The crews went above and beyond in terms of treating my things carefully. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process. The whole crew took excellent care of our goods and furniture. The whole crew was punctual and did exactly as promised. The loaders were on time. There was good communication all the way throug The driver and crew were excellent. These were the best movers I've ever had. The driver was very patient, friendly and courteous. I received excellent service from the driver.
