I was satis with everything, they were very nice, answered all of my question and they were always available. The whole experience was pleasant and professional. I have no issues or concerns. Everything went well. The customer service Joe, the driver, provided. The two crew members from Minot were idiots & one of them reeked of liquor. Joe was professional about everything. The driver was always there to listen and he explained things to me. He made the move a wond North American Van Lines were nice, friendly, and courteous. And cared about my move, also the movers were early unloading. The care they took in packing and unloading and keeping me updated with delivery times. Very professional and concerned about the customers furnishings. The agents were very personable and helpful. They focused on the task and were not distracted. They checked with me about different boxes and offered suggestions which were helpful. The driver and helpers were extremely nice and hard workers. There was no waiting. The loading and unloading crews were very hard workers and were nice to my family. The professionalism and courtesy of everyone that was involved, the coordinator, driver, crew and dispatcher. The communication that was involved. The driver and crew were prompt, the tm worked quickly and efficently. The whole process, the crew was very careful and on time. When I called all my questions were answered in a professional way.
