Everybody was well organized and careful. Everything, including being on time was as North American promised. The whole experience was great. The pricing was reasonable. I moved from Florida to New York and everything was handled in a professional manner. Everything went perfectly with the move. The timing was great and the people were helpful. The price was great also. Everything was fantastic. I have used NorthAmerican Van lines before. The only thing that can be improved is the price because it's too expensive. The service I received from the driver and crew most influenced my rating. The overall move from start to finish was great. Everything went very smoothly. The way the television was packed it must've damaged my television, but the movers didn't drop it. The overall move was good. Everything went smoothly, happened on the date I was promised & on time. The crew was friendly, had to go up 4 flights of stairs w/ no complaining & the rep called me back. The rep who coordinated my move called me back, was ver I was pleased with the companies communication, being very proactive, careful with the packing of items, and with last minute special request. The company was concerned with what I wanted. The movers were very accommodating, dependable, patient, understanding, good attitude, great sense of humor, the movers unstressed everything & calmed everything. The movers were very nice gentlemen. I like the quality of the service that I received because of the professionalism of the delivery team.
