The professionalism and the quality of the work done most influenced my rating. The crew was nice, cooperative and were hard workers. The people in the office knew what they were doing. The service I received from the driver and crew most influenced my rating. The overall move from start to finish was great. The rep who came to the house was extremely thorough and available. The crew was available and accomodating to our needs. The whole process was hassle free with the loading, unloading, & communication was great. I had multiple contacts with phone calls and emails. This was a pleasant experience. I know several people that have moved in the past and I seem to have no problems compared to their experience w/ different moving companies. The overall move was good. Everything went smoothly, happened on the date I was promised & on time. The crew was friendly, had to go up 4 flights of stairs w/ no complaining & the rep called me back. The rep who coordinated my move called me back, was ver The fact that I was told everything up front, and North American Vanlines did everything they said they were going to do. North American Vanlines was on time for both loading and unloading. The movers were very accommodating, dependable, patient, understanding, good attitude, great sense of humor, the movers unstressed everything & calmed everything. The movers were very nice gentlemen. The representative that first came to my home was good. The driver was also very good and I trusted the driver very much. The overall service was very prompt, very informative, phone calls were returned and the service was excellent.
