The crew was professional and did what they were suppose to do. Both crews were great, I was very pleased, nothing was broken so far. The packers were great, they pack without having any dmg. The communication was excellent during the moved. The communication of the packers, coordinator and the driver was very good. They were professional and polite. They were nice, concerned, and personable. They also did things as promised, they were prompt didn't waste time, and was a pleasure to work with. The level of service was very good. The move went smoothly. I was well informed. Everything arrived on time. The service was perfect. I want to make a television ad for North American. The agents name is Jim smith. They were very careful with items that they packed , like pictures ; and listened to me with no problems about my directions. They were cordial and professional. It has been a long time since I've had to use a moving company long distance. Driver at pickup was less than professional, carrying on about how difficult it was to get the truck into storage. This is my 5th move with North American and I will only call North American. I was very, very pleased with my move. The rep did an excellent job in arranging my move. We had a little trouble getting our move scheduled. The crow brought 5 movers and got the items moved in a timely manner. The rep was very courteous.
