The overall service and communication. Kelly, the rep I spoke w/ in the office was courteous and excellent. Mark, the rep that came to my home was excellent. Bernardo, the driver was good. The driver was very helpful. I am doing a full move in a couple of months and I plan on using Northamerican. My sales associate followed up and went above and beyond. The crew worked hard, was prompt, and courteous. I was very impressed with the driver. He was very courteous and looked at every detail when picking up and delivering. Everything was done correctly and it was the way the overall package was handled. No items were damaged. I was pleased that what I was told was done. I had very little damage, the crews was very careful, and the teams were on time. The packing was very professional, the driver was very courteous, and extremely efficient in unloading the items. In addition, I like dealing with the coordinator. The crew was professional and did what they were suppose to do. Both crews were great, I was very pleased, nothing was broken so far. I was just extremely satisfied with the profressionalism and communication of the driver, the loader and unloader. It was just a pleasant experience. The professionalism of the driver and the communication throughout the move is what influenced my rating.
