I would recommend North American because of the drive was very considerate, informative and took time with my items. The professionalism and manners of the driver and the loaders. They were very polite, accommodating and informed. The crew arrived on time everything was in good shape the crew was polite and they did what was expected. The driver and crew was very professional. The crew help me unpack some of my items and place them in the rooms for us. They came and got my goods and stored them. They came and got everything, they were very patient, communicated with me and there were no scratches on anything. The coordinator and the driver was fantastic. The driver was caring and communicated well. The coordinator communitcated well. The performance of the people starting with Monica who came and explained everything to us. We were happy with everything. I really like the driver and his wife and alot of other things about the move, the professionalism and their knowledge of moving. Everybody was friendly and everything was done the way North American said it would be. The communication was great w/ everybody. The overall move. The driver and crew were very careful in handling our vintage jukebox and the representative was very efficient in returning our calls.
