I would recommend North American because of the drive was very considerate, informative and took time with my items. The professionalism and manners of the driver and the loaders. They were very polite, accommodating and informed. I'm satisfied so far but I'm still unpacking. The loader did not load a box correctly and when the driver opened the truck door the box fell out and hit him in the head, the item was damaged. Because of all the things mentioned before. One company came in lower with the price but didn't show up so I went with North American. The way the crew and drivers handled everything was very professional and the rep who came to my home was professional also. The driver and crew were here on time for pick up, they were here for unloading, and they helped me to put things together. I had a good experience in the past with North American Van Lines. This move was also a good experience. I really like the driver and his wife and alot of other things about the move, the professionalism and their knowledge of moving. They came and got my goods and stored them. They came and got everything, they were very patient, communicated with me and there were no scratches on anything. The driver and crew was very professional. The crew help me unpack some of my items and place them in the rooms for us.
