The crew was just really nice clean looking men and took care of things,and handled everything like it was their own. The delivery team was cautious with our furniture. The delivery team was timely and professional. The delivery team was friendly. The overall move was great. The reps were very friendly and very concern that everything was were I wanted it so I wouldn't have to move it myself. The people were wonderful, the people were friendly and completed the job as promised. I requested a phone call back with a quote and North American got back to me. The movers were very polite and they treated my items with care and they were careful not scratch up my wall. They were very professional. I was pleased with the ease of communication with the agent and how careful the crew was with my items. This is my first time using a company and rep was so nice and the driver was right on time. The driver gave me updates and the boxes had no broken items. I am glad I used this company. Dave, the driver and the crew were very good. Dave bought his daughter and son and they were outstanding. They worked hard all day. The overall process of the move influenced my rating. Everything was the way it was supposed to be. The only problem was a set of pots and pans were left behind and things in the oven drawer. The attention to detail and the promptness of the delivery. During the process the team worked very quickly to get everything done.
