North American got it in 2 days. North American got it up quickly, and wonderfully. The crew was extremely cooperative. I am very satisfied with the service that I received. The time and communication and the driver went very well. When you move you are afraid that your stuff will be damaged but they were careful. The move was flawless and there was good communication throughout the move. The driver, Shawn, did very well. The professionalism, care and respect. The way our items and furniture was handled. I have nothing bad to say about North American. The job was done well and I was very pleased, Although the actual price was higher than the estimate. The attention, the amount time thing was done, and the support of the crew was excellent. I was pleased with everything from the coordination until the very last step was completed. The way the team handled things influenced my rating, from the time the agent came to my house to inspect what had to be moved. The driver, crew worked as a team; I was concerned about a mirror. We had people move my father from North Carolina and I wasn't impressed with that move so these movers did a good job period. The driver was excellent, packed everything carefully and unloaded everything carefully. The move was much better than I had expected. They were exellent all the way through, from the time we first called until our things were delivered and set up.
