I have moved with them before and I have a cousin that works with them. Customer satisfication is what most influenced my rating. The timeliness of the packers, movers, and the move itself to drop off everything most influenced my rating. North American was rated number one, the professionalism of the person that did the estimate and the effective communication. Also the professionalism of the driver. Because the crew was careful with my things, nothing was broken, and the crew used clean blankets to pack my things with. I liked the communication between the co-ordinator driver & myself. The delivery team went out of their way to give me the dates I requested for the move. I was happy with the overall move. The care the driver and crew took, the professionalism and thetimeliness of the service. The crew was very helpful, and nice, and the representative, also. The crew delivered early and I felt that was great. The entire move was perfect. The crew was on time , called me ahead of time, and did what they were supposed to do during the entire move process. I was very satisfied with my experience. I would recommend North American because of the driver and the coordinator exemplified good customer service,freindly and courteous. The professionalism. I forgot about my storage unit the crew was able to work it in and had no problems with it.
