Everyone was very professional and careful. I had a very good experience with North American Van lines. The driver was professional and treated everything with respect. Our things came early which was wonderful. The level of overall care and coordination. The del tm was almost exact on how long it would take to handle everything. The driver was exceptional. The representative, driver, and crew were very professional and followed through. Mike, the driver, was fantastic. Tommy was fantastic also. As a whole they are a very good company. The driver was exceptional. My only complaint is that the people who did the packing used too much paper. As a result I was overcharged by $3000.00 How extremely accurate the rep was with the estimates. The rep was really careful and made an effort to know what I wanted. I was completely satisified with the service. I want to thank Northamerican Van lines for the service. This was my second move with North American. Both times they did a good job. There were a whole lot of people involved. The representative named Donald Taylor in Greensville, NC was excellent in everything. The driver named Gary was also excellent. My rating was influenced by the hospitality of the workers, dedication of the driver, and the agent being sincere about helping my family. We had a good crew.
