The rep who came to my house was very honest and helpful in helping me to save some money. I appreciated that very much. The timeliness and the quality of the driver and the crew, I had no broken items and the crew got the job done on time. The driver was absolutely fabulous and the crew on both ends they did a fabulous. Nothing was broke from what I can see. The move was really quick. The loading was done in one day and then they arrived to the location shortly after I did. The positive attitude of the crews on both ends. The crews were helpful and polite. The piano had to be moved more than once. The communication with the three people, the move went really smoothly. North American provided a background employee check, which was good. The rep who coordinated the move, the driver and crew was very helpful and professional in the overall moving process. Everything with the move went according to plan. Everything was handled properly and nothing was damaged. When things changed with the plans the coordinator called and kept me informed. The crew was very punctual and professional and showed up exactly when they said they would, which was very important to me. The crew was great and everything was on time. The price also was great. We needed our items a little earlier, the crew accommodated us.
