North American Van Lines offer affordable moving prices. I am very happy with the service I received. The rep, Barb Pfeiffer, was great. The rep was very communicative and followed up. The rep was the best that I have ever dealt with. Everyone was so personable. The people are so great and NorthAmerican kept calling us so that was one less thing that we had to worry about. Everything went so smoothly, they delivered before the delivery date. Even the cars got here early. I was very pleased and I will recommend the company to friends. The driver and crew communicated well with each other and also helped me do certain things that probably wasn't in the contract. Just little things like helping move furniture around the house. The loading crew was congenial, careful, helpful and willing to do anything I asked regarding heavy items. Paintings and other items were not broken, except for a family mirror. The pricing was good and the overall move was good all the way around. That is why I used this company a second time. The driver and agent were excellent. The whole experience was teriffic. I was referred by someone who also had a great experience. The crew was wonderful. I had to move quickly and had me situated in 3 days. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to help. They actually relieved me from a lot of stress. Everyone was very friendly, careful, and they asked me questions before they did anything to make sure it was what I wanted.
