I personally know the delivery guy and know he's reliable and nice, so I felt no need to call someone else. The driver and crew was very careful, and did everything great. The agent I worked with was very knowledgeable. We know the people who owned that particular franchise personally, that is why we picked them. We knew the team was going to do a good job overall. Someone I know told me to use them. I had priced out the smaller companies, and North American was cheaper and was more professional. The overall service was pleasant. Everyone did a good job, my items were picked up & delivered on time, & it was a good experience. They were very prompt, they came when they said they would, and they went out of their way and made two stops for me. They were pretty fast in loading and unloading my things. I liked the communication with the driver. They were good about letting me know what was going on with the time windows. They called several times. The overall process was good. The communication was great, and the delivery crew was very professional. I was very satisfied with the moving process. The way crew communicated w/ me, the process of explaining the move was great. The driver was a big help and was professional. The crew was very good and our representative was also very good in calling and checking in to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction.
