The people I that I worked with were professional, courteous, and communicated well. Overall it was a good experience. The professionalism, the communication between the agent and driver, fantastic job. Only problem the truck broke down but the driver when beyond and above to make sure everything went well. The conscientious attitude of driver influenced my rating. The driver was in charge of packing, loading, and unloading. They were excellent through the entire process. I had one damaged piece. I was very impressed with the driver who handled everything. The driver was courteous and did a good job. The people were friendly and helpful from the time of setting up the process to the completion of it. I just blindly picked North American. I was looking for a local mover and everybody at Sarasota was helpful. The communication was good and the crew was excellent, polite, and did everything in a timely manner. What influenced my rating was the driver, crew and the overall service I received. This is my second move with North American. They were great, we knew what to expect and got the driver we requested. We had the same crew that loaded unloaded and packed and unpacked. The team was great, I have never had a move like this in the four times that I have moved, they were professional. I liked how friendly everyone was, helpful, and everything was done on time. It didn't cost more than what they said, and nothing was broken.
