During the month of July there were no moving companies available but this group was able to accommodate my request and communicate with me b/c we had a sudden death in the family. The crew cared about my satisfaction and made sure my needs were met. I had trouble with the relocating for uncrating on my end and the crew and coordinator advocated for me. The quality of the service and the price. The price was what we expected. I had good service from the people I called. I had no problems at all. The pick up crew was really nice and seemed to know what the crew was doing. The crew was professional. My last experience was yesterday. I had a good experience with the unloading crew. They unloaded everything where I requested. I'm just happy with them. The crew was personable, hardworking; in spite of the heat, the crew was pleasant. The crew was on time. The overall move. My experience with the driver was superb, I was impressed with the driver's professionalism and friendly demeanor. I was impressed with the sales rep. The crew was nice. The crew told me when the crew was going to be here and were here on time. The crew called and told me when the crew was going to deliver and the crew was on time. The crew was one of the best in spite of the fourth or fifth moves. My beds were unloaded, that allowed me to sleep in that night.
