Brian Scar, the estimator, was good. I was given a price that wouldn't exceed. The loaders and unloaders were polite and professional. The entire process of the move was great and the driver excellent. The representative was excellent as well. The driver and crew got the job done. The driver and crew were very friendly, and the driver and crew did exactly what should have happened. The crew was very efficient. The communication with the move was great. Everything with the move went great. The delivery team was professional. The team cared about me and my items. This was the best move I've ever had. The movers were very helpful, neat, and clean. The movers worked really hard and was careful with everything. This was a company funded move, my company chose North American Van Lines. Every person that I spoke w/ was very nice and professional.The team did an excellent job. The whole experience from start to finish influenced my rating. The driver and crew were top quality people. I really appreciated that. It was a terrific experience. The people that coordinated the move were very professional and helpful. It was the driver's very first time driving the truck and it took very long to load everything; we were not done until 11 p.m.. The driver did a good job, it just took too long to lo I think everybody was highly professional The driver was wonderful. He never lost his cool, he had a pleasant attitude the entire time and he kept his men motivated. My delivery was for some reason changed from a Monday to a Tuesday.
