The packers were professional, courteous and nice. The driver was very personable and everyone made me feel comfortable by this being my first move. The representative was terrific & very helpful. The driver was very personable & communicative. The initial representative was great also. The quality service. I couldn't have asked for a better driver or crew. They were great. The same driver and crew did the entire move. I would request this team in the future. The people who came to do the job most influenced my rating. Their workmanship and skills were very good. I think everybody was highly professional The driver was wonderful. He never lost his cool, he had a pleasant attitude the entire time and he kept his men motivated. My delivery was for some reason changed from a Monday to a Tuesday. The friendliness of the del tm and how great they were at making us feel comfortable with everything that was going influenced my rating. The professionalism of the driver and the people who coordinated my move. Everything was fast, on time and what I was told everything would be. The driver and service was great. The quality of it was great and I had no problems. The crew was organized, gave an estimate and a reasonable price. The communication from everybody was very good and the driver was concerned about how I felt with everything. One piece of furniture was damaged and another piece had just some surface damage but overall the coordinator was good. Mike Sanchez was a very professional driver.
