Everything was as promised. I liked the gentleman who came out to give me the estimate, and he actually helped me to get a lower price on the move. The coordinator was excellent and the driver was good. There was just a tiny break on an item which wasn't a big deal. I was very impressed that the tm moved the leather furniture with padding and shrink wrap. When it got to me there were no scratches on the furniture. It was perfect. Everything arrived on time. There was no damage to my furniture. The rep who came to my house was excellent. How prompt Vanlines was, the fact the driver & crew were pleasant, and the fact Vanlines was willing to work around my schedule. I have used this company twice before and I received excellent service before, I just knew this would be a good move. The crews were very professional. They came on time to pack and unpack. The communication was good throughout the process. The price was competitive and it never changed. There were one or two items that got picked up during the move.
