The driver was very concerned about how everything was supposed to. The driver was very polite and professional. They were not only good,they were nice and christian ppl. They were really good guys and the young ladies worked hard too. I know it's a good, honest company. I should be receiving a refund for the overcharging of the load. My aunt worked for them, and my neighbor recommended them. Driver was very professional. My origin agents were extremely helpful. Everybody well coordinated & made it very easy to over across country for me. My rating was influenced by the driver being personable. The driver did a good job and they should get a raise because they worked hard. The thing that really made me think it was an excellent move was the driver and his crew, the drivers name was Oscar and he was great. The driver and the crew was respectful and helpful and went out of the way to help me. The driver and crew was the nicest people that I have dealt with. I would recommend the company. The crew was courteous, polite and I have nothing but good words about the company. I have already reccommeded the company. The crew was super nice. This move took 2 1/2 years to get done because of illness. The rep was outstanding and communicated a lot with me. The price was actually cheaper than I thought. B/c I originally planned on doing the whole move with a friend, however my friend no longer wanted to participate. After I had my item's packed North American van lines was able to finish the move.
