It was a very smooth process, everything promised was delivered, the move was on time, I did not have to worry and the driver was fabulous, as if moving the driver's own belongings. NAVL was very thorough & did a fine job. I was happy w/ the ppl in the local office and w/ the driver & crew. The care and concern that the people on both end gave to me in trying to make my move smoother. The people involved on both ends helped me have faith in commercial moving companies. North American took over another moving company. The driver, Bruce, showe The overall process. We've moved a couple of times with different companies. NAVL was professional and I like the communication. The overall move went really smooth and the driver was very professional. Every experience I've had with northAmerican Van Lines has been great. The communications. The driver kept in touch with me, when the crew was leaving and loading. The driver came within ten minutes like they said they would. The Citizens representative was excellent, Eileen Greenbauer. I couldn't have done the move w/out the representative. The representative was quick, fun and very professional. Everything was perfect, they picked up on time, were polite and courteous, delivered on time and nothing was damaged. Every person I dealt with answered questions, was top notch, and made it all simple. There were a lot of delicate items and not a single one was damaged. Everything was perfect. The price was good. I had no problems with anyone I dealt with, and the crew did not damage anything during the loading and unloading of the move.
