We have very limited damage on items that we packed ourselves. The movers put blankets on everything and the movers were very careful moving things in and out. I have had experience with North American Vanlines before.When they moved my daughter,nothing was broken & everything was perfect & I wanted the same company to move me. We had moved several times in the last 30 years and had something to compare it with and I was extremely satisfied with the whole operation. The price, the service and getting my goods in a timely manner. Everybody was in a pleasant mood and I had good communication with them. Everybody was careful with my things. Nothing was broken or lost. I had used NorthAmerican before and some of my things were broken and lost. The driver and crew were extremely patient with my Dad. My Dad had a stroke and the crew was very nice. I gave this rating based on the professionlism, and as a company, they kept their word. The driver & crew arrived on time, and they did an excellent job. The fact that the owner of the company came to my home and kept in contact with me.The del company did a great job communicating and they were very careful. The customer service, how friendly the workers were and how well they said they would complete the service. The carefulness of my goods most influenced my rating. The del tm were very careful on not damaging my home.
