- This was a difficult situation because it involved moving my 90-year-old mother 900 miles to a new city. It was very stressful, but North American made it as easy as it could possibly be...they were a Godsend from beginning to end. And our driver...Don....best guy ever!
- There was exemplary communication from all parties involved in the move. Everything was delivered in the same condition as before it was packed. The driver and his crew were polite, responsive, and generally fantastic to work with. A+ to all parties involved!!
- The local representative was extremely helpful to us as we prepared for the packing and moving. For example, he assisted us in disposing of several pieces of furniture and equipment that we were not moving. We were assigned an exceptional driver who oversaw the packing and loading and he worked with an energetic young crew, some of whom were from the local agency. On the unloading end, the driver found a crew that worked hard and fast and were very polite and friendly. Moving was not something I wish to repeat, but if I did I could only hope the experience would go as well as the move we just completed.
