The professionalism. I was given estimates on what was being done. The move was coordinated and I was told what I had to pay extra. I was not shocked. We were told upfront. The delivery team was terrific. The delivery team called ahead met with us to see what we had to load. Checked out the area for parking and there were no damaged items. The packing was very professional, the driver was very courteous, and extremely efficient in unloading the items. In addition, I like dealing with the coordinator. I was really impressed from the start w/the sales rep. Extremely helpful and courteous. I have moved a dozen times and the driver and crew was the best. The professionalism with everyone that I dealt with. The coordinator and the delivery personnel did a good job. There were a couple of banged up items , but this was alright. The rep who came to my house was very honest and helpful in helping me to save some money. I appreciated that very much. The entire process went smoothly and seamlessly. Nothing was broken or damaged. The driver was excellent. The process itself was very good. North American was very knwldg in the service and the people were friendly and helpful. North American went above and beyond. I was satisfied w/how they kept in contact and explained everything. The crew wrapped everything perfectly. Everything was done as promised, the drivers and crew were very careful with my things. The price was very reasonable.
