The driver and crew was kind, courteous and professional. I like how my house and family was respected by the crew. Basic household items needs to be keep in a line items. The crew did a good job and they were on time. Everything was in the condition they found it in, they didn't break anything in the process. The delivery team showed up on time and asked me exactly what I needed. The team went above and beyond to help. The crew was careful and friendly. The crew tried very hard to keep the delivery orderly. I thought the overall move went smoothly. North American was professional and they moved everything with no questions. The North American crew was prompt, informative and on time. I was extremely satisfied with the packers and deliverers. Everyone was courteous, careful with everything, and professional. The people were timely, very good at packing and taking care of my stuff. Everything arrived on time, good job loading and packing. Things went smoothly. North American level of professionalism, courtesy, and the staff answered every question I had. The driver kept in contact so it was a flawless move. The personnel was excellent, took care of my property, was concerned about it, called me numerous times about where the delivery team was located, when the delivery team would be there. I liked the whole process. We had to change moversat the last minute. North American VanLines only had 3 weeks and they excellent.
