The professionalism of the driver and the communication of the driver throughout the move were great. The overall care and understanding North American showed me with my situation. The crew was marvelous. I was trying to do some packing myself and I wasn't able to and there was a crew called for help. I had a dislocated disk and the crew was very helpful The driver and del crew did a good job. The rep was recommend to me. I have also recommend them to some of my friends. The driver was excellent and so professional. We were very impressed with the packing and the way they wrapped things. The level of good customer service. I had constant communication. Everybody was professional and courteous. Everyone treated my car and my belongings with care. The driver was excellent, we've moved a lot and he was the best driver we've had. The driver was part of the pack and load. The crew was efficient. The pouch on the suitcase was unzipped and empty. I can't prove what was in there. I was very satisfied with everything so far. I have not unpacked everything yet. The mover's willingness to do anything it took to make us happy. The movers didn't take breaks and worked really hard. The movers had really good attitudes and were very pleasant to be around. The movers handled my request efficiently and it didn't take l The people who packed my items were nice and the crew who loaded and unloaded had great communication and was also very nice. How well the driver was amazing, polite, sincere, explained everything, courteous, and on time. There was no chit chat and they were very careful about everything. The dogs were tolerated with smiles.
