northAmerican® Driver Honored with 2022 Super Van Operator Lifetime Achievement Award

Beltmann Driver Terry Hocking Recognized for 40+ Year Driving Career that Exemplifies Top Quality, Service to Customers and Others

northAmerican is honored to announce that Terry Hocking, a driver for northAmerican agent Beltmann Relocation, has been recognized by the Moving and Storage Conference of the American Trucking Association (ATA) with the 2022 Super Van Operator Lifetime Achievement Award. The Super Van Operator Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes drivers who have provided safe, reliable and customer-oriented household goods truck transportation throughout their career, and have an exceptional lifetime driving record. Award applicants are also evaluated based on their financial responsibility, community involvement, dedication to customer service and overall performance excellence (as evidenced by driving awards), as well as involvement in outside interests and activities.

Terry is an award-winning driver who, with his wife and professional partner Karen, has been providing a consistently exceptional moving service experience to relocating consumer and corporate customers for 44 years, 26 of those as a Beltmann driver. His list of career accomplishments is long and impressive. Within northAmerican, Terry has received numerous Van Guard Gold and Driver of the Month recognitions since 2004, as well as a One Million Mile Safe Driving award in 2009, Senior Safe Driving award in 2019, and 26-year Safe Driving Award in 2021. In addition, Terry was honored in 2015 as the AMSA Super Van Operator of the Year for Household Goods. He and Karen have also received numerous nominations for excellent quality and service over their many years in the moving industry.

And their customers agree; Terry and Karen consistently receive outstanding service rankings, high praises from customers and even personal requests from past customers to move them again. It's this kind of consistency in service to his customers that has earned Terry - and Karen - the honor of receiving this lifetime achievement award.
