The sales representative and the crew influenced my rating but the coordinator we had made this move incredibly difficult and stressful which extended to the rest of my family. The driver was great.

Team Larken was excellent. I had hurt my back and they helped us with the last few details. They were courteous and professional. They have been doing this a long time and it shows.
I was happy w/ everything, but my store boxes were opened & other boxes were crammed into those, which ruined the contents inside, which was thousands of dollars of clothing. I should be compensated.
