How the men handled everything they did, the packing, whatever I asked, what ever I had to be placed they placed it. The packers and the movers were nice gentlemen. The driver was extremely nice. Neal was outstanding, so was the guys doing the packing. I was very satisfied.

From April viewing our house and giving us the estimate. We sold our home ahead time and North American was thorough and helpful with adjusting the plan. The loading and unloading crew was extremely awesome and helpful.

The overall things that were done, like packing the truck and making sure that everything was covered, including the glass that was on the desk. These aspects of the move most influenced my rating.

They did everything they could to accommodate my requests. I had to get to work early and they were able to allot me the time as planned.

Just exceptional help from the beginning. From planning the trip to the actual movers. They were all exceptional. They were from Calif. to Florida in 6 days. I tried to minimize my bill by packing myself. And if my bill is high, I will be dissatisfied. If it is low, I will be satisfied.

The care of my possessions. The movers took great care mother's things When I asked them to move something they did.

The overall courtesy they gave, as well as how hard they worked during the move. They did a great job.

The care and communication with handling our goods. I expected the delivery within 4 days but they were in and out much sooner.

Things overall went smoothly. There were a few communication issues before hand. We got our stuff earlier than anticipated and that was great.

North American's staff was courteous, friendly, hardworking, and they went above and beyond the call of duty.

North American did a good job communicating well, provided the service I needed far as packing, the communication with the driver before he arrived was great & everything was in good shape.

The entire move was great, they were nice and did they job. The delivery team was extremely nice and friendly, they worked hard.

The communication was excellent, they took care of my things, everyone was friendly, I would recommend to anyone.

They were prompt. They came at the time that they said they would. They were easy to work with and the price was fair too.

North American Van lines did a good job. The delivery was quick, it only took four and a half hour to be completed. The move was fine.

All the people that I came into contact with, for example the coordinator and the driver made me feel very confident in trusting them with my objects.

They were very professional, prompt, and very helpful. This was the best moving experience I have ever had.

It was smooth, handled well, dealt with an agent out of Cleveland and they were perfect for me. I had an excellent experience but I used them only one time but I would use them again if I had to.

North American is very consistent and reliable and prompt. There is always a good means of communication and the staff is extremely nice. This is my 5th move with North American.

Personalities of the guys and their professionalism. Mike, Mark and Sheldon are a very good group. This is the best move we have had. Christie was good too.

They answered my questions they were on time and they did what they had to do. The person in the office really helped me out.

The delivery was excellent, packing was ok, except items you should have been more careful with. Some items were mixed. Some of the things that were wet should have been wrapped in plastic. I would have been happy if things would have been separated.

When I moved to North Carolina, I used the Malloy brothers. They gave me some aggravation. When I did North American Van Lines, I had no aggravation. Even the estimate man was so professional. Everything gets a five. The reps were perfect. They were very accommodating. The movers were great. Everything was perfect. There were a few expensive items. The driver got things to make them good.

They were very thorough, both the loaders and unloaders. The crew was so nice, polite, and friendly.

The total process, the calls from the coordinator, as well as the driver. Also this has been the best move I have ever had.

Communication, the house visit and the man who came to do the loading: the whole thing. The actual response of the agent when I called for an estimate.

I was happy w/ the srvc. I was very pleased w/ the truck driver & his crew. The truck driver was very professional.

The friendliness, attitude, professionalism and even the way the crew was dressed. No one was distracted w/cell phones, ear buds etc. Everyone was professional. The agent took his time and went through the whole house. He was very thorough and was really good. The moving team took their time and was nice. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The service, particularly mike and his crew. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

The cost of delivery was reasonable; because I got quotes from 3 companies, this one was in my budget level and once I saw the professionalism and the way it was handled, everything was good. They were courteous, and helpful and they handled our stuff carefully.

I just think the communication, the care of the furniture and the care and concern of the people helping. The loading crew was very nice.

I would've preferred move involvement in exactly what was packed and where. I would've liked to pack my own things rather than North American Van Lines.

North American was very agreeable to my needs, communicated, and delivered when they said they would. The price was as expected. Adrian the rep was wonderful. My sister was called 15 minutes before the crew arrived. She needed much more time. I had 5 days to plan this move and North American was impressive.

The driver did a great job, he was courteous, on time & del when promised. He was very pleasant to my parents when he came.The coordinator Debra,was very helpful,easy to get a hold of & accommodating.

The overall care, the way ou wrapped and unwrappedour furniture. You were fabulous, and awesome. They were incredible, wonderful.

They were timely & considerate. They were like family to us. I've never had an experience like that. I will use them for future moves. I wish they could have moved my goods from storage to new home. I was very happy with the entire process. I was very surprised on how good they were. I would recommend them to others.

I think the professionalism and the communication from the coordinator and the driver and his crew. Everything was explained well. It went exactly the way they described it. Everybody was very professional.

The driver and his helper was confident and helpful, let us know about their whereabouts. They were perfect if I was in the industry they would be working for me and I would be asking their names.

I have moved alot and this move was very smooth. I had alot of confidence in my movers! They all seemed to care, from the communication to how they handled my goods.

The courtesy of the driver Matt, he had the greatest personality, he was very calm and explained everything. He was wonderful. He was pleasant w/ my grandchildren during delivery.

I've used them before and these guys were absolutely great, they were on time, friendly, and handled our things with care.

Thoroughness, help us with boxes. The driver made sure that the irreplaceable things were wrap really well.

Both the loaders and unloaders were careful with my items. They were also courteous and did everything that I asked them to do.

Mr. Bolton was on top of everything. He supervised everything and everybody. He kept us informed. He was careful with precious objects. He gave us confidence which is difficult to explain. Mr. Bolton did an outstanding job. MR. Bolton was a super guy and was in charge of everything. We have move for over 20 years because we were in the military and this has been the best move.

They were just fantastic. They were easy to work with. They were efficient, polite, pleasant, and they went above & beyond the call of duty. If I could rate them higher than a 5 I would. The driver was stellar. We were so satisfied, and the driver was excellent. If I could rate a score higher than 5 I would.

Everything was handled the way they said it would be. They did an outstanding job from start to finish.

The communication especially with the coordinator and the professional behavior of the movers influenced my rating.

So far overall it's great. You never give anyone a ten. It was outstanding. They actually came a half hour early. The driver a one of the loaders did a great job loading and a great now. I highly recommend this crew.

I was very happy. The drivers were very helpful. Willing to pack things. Went above and beyond on what was expected.

The movers were local. They were helpful in getting the materials that I needed for the move. It was nice that they helped w/the consultation b/f the move.

The reliability of time and care and the reasonable cost. The coffee pot is leaking water and we have to get it repaired. The crew happened to get the heavy tall pieces up the stairs and I thought that they were excellent.

I know one of the employees at the Minnesota branch. Knowing him and his character and reputation and he always talks highly about his staff. The local guys were personable anf interactive. I dealt with them 3 times and each time was a good experience.

The rep was really nice, the driver was informative and knowledgeable and they were careful. Did exactly what they were suppose to do.

It was a wonderful experience, and if I have to move again and can afford it, I would definitely recommend their services and receive it again, especially Tom. NAVL is fantastic, they made sure they followed up with me, and I do appreciate that. The movers were also a great crew they were knowledgeable and with my furniture, the movers were very courteous..

They were timely in their pick up and drop off. They followed through with what they said they would do.

The movers & packers were timely & took care with putting everything into the boxes. The movers and packers took their time but they were efficient.

From start to finish, it was a good experience for me. The only thing that was difficult was sending my credit card authorization form b/c there was some issues with the fax connection.

The skill and professionalism of the guys who loaded my goods and the guys who delivered influenced my rating. They did an excellent job and they did everything professionally.

Curtis was very responsive along the way, the care was good, and the helpers that were hired was also very good. Curtis, the rep was fantastic. The movers end up being a little earlier than he said he would which made it a little hard to work around. Curtis made it so the delivery would be after I got off work.

North American was really good, the crew especially were nice, courteous, followed up nicely w/all the special request & I was very satis.

North American is dependable, It was very good Anthony was great. They all were great. Some items had to go to two different trucks rather than putting it in her room. Ryan in Stillwater, Oklahoma was helpful.

The driver was excellent. His first name was Julius. I wanted to give him recognition. Overall everything was good. I was pleased with the packers and the person who coordinated the move. I was satisfied.

I liked my experience with the overall move. The way they packed and delivered my household goods was very good.
