They reps were right there when they said they would be and my furniture arrived 1 day early. They didn't beat around the bush about anything. I felt that del crew were very good and listened to me. If there were any concerns they would take care of it. I never heard them complaining. I like the drive Bart and one of the movers named Chris, they were phenomenal. Bart took care of things and was nice to my mom and wife. I also liked the rep named Karen. The communication with the rep and the crew was respectful and professional, the move was a good investment. The crew did a really good job, explained what was going on and were attentive to my needs. The movers themselves did a good job. The move was great because we had to wait until the last minute to give them a city for the move and they did everything great even with the last minute notice. I would have liked a delivery date provided at pick up. The professionalism, care and respect. The way our items and furniture was handled. I have nothing bad to say about North American.
