The crew showed up when the crew said, I wasn't waiting for hours, The crew came, dropped off the stuff, and did what the crew was supposed to do. The professionalism and being able to contact the crew, driver, representative, it was always very easy to get a hold of a person and get responses. The customer service and the overall quality of the whole company, including the drivers and the loaders. The overall professionalism of everyone. Someone I know told me to use them. I had priced out the smaller companies, and North American was cheaper and was more professional. I like the delivery agent, who was very helpful. I had scratches on my dinning room hutch and a broken lamp and a drinking glass. In general everything the move was simple. The crew arrived on time, labeled everything correctly, and the move itself only took 3 1/2 hours on both ends combined. The delivery team delivered everything in tact because nothing was broken. The delivery team was on time and able to assemble a heavy marble table with no problems. My rating was influenced by the way the driver and crew treated my items and my home. They were courteous. The driver and crew were good, the delivery was on time, everything with the move went well, the price was accurate and I will always use North American. The reps in Orange County. They were very professional and communicative. Also everything arrived in one piece and on time.
