My rating was influenced because the move was smooth, the communication was excellent and the driver and crew showed up on time. The whole process was great and quick. Three ppl w/ the crew Randy, Debra and the driver were all very nice. I was satis w/ the fact that the same crew stayed w/ me throughout the move. The two individuals that helped with the move were Antonio and Sylvester. Antonio and Sylvester were fantastic. I was overall pleased with this moving.We had move crew for pick up and deliver and this moving crew was great. The professionalism of the sales rep that came out and the follow up I received. The move was delayed twice because of the hurricanes. Also, the friendliness and professionalism of everyone. The handling of my goods and the communication was very good. I am very happy with the service I received. The crew handled my furniture very professionally. I had a lot of things to move. The crew was very cordial, nice, careful & easy to get along w/. The way we were treated, the coordinator helped set up and we had a very good driver. Also the communication with driver was good. Overall, it was a good move. The entire experience.
