NAVL was good all the way through. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I'm not completely unpacked. I haven't had time to go over inventory completely. From beginning to end a 10. There was a little breakage with a few of my items and the reps recorded what was broken with the loading process. The movers were very professional and nice. The movers were very hard workers and took pride in their work. Everyone was very good ppl. Step by step, everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt like I was dealing with a small company. Everybody tried hard to make sure things worked out for me. The overall move was perfect. I had 2 items that were damaged but my items were in storage for 3 months and I'm not sure where the damage was done. The crew was very courteous and quick in how they load the items. Everything was in perfect condition. The quality of the service and I was very happy with the driver. The driver & crew was on time, courteous and listened to my needs. It wasn't made clear when I got my estimate that the charge to pack up my high definition that there would be another char I liked the salesman very thorough. The crew men were very nice. The concierge department helped me set up service. The timing and pricing was good. The driver was great, there was two guys (the helpers) who acted like they didn't care. We had some things labeled this side up, and they would put them in opposite from what we said. The people the driver hires to help, there's always people who act like I was not sure what I was supposed to do about the damages. I wasn't informed what to do w/ the boxes once I unpacked. I have a tv that was damaged and I have a few items that were damaged.
