Everybody was careful with my things. Nothing was broken or lost. I had used NorthAmerican before and some of my things were broken and lost. Overall the experience was good. I was very pleased with the driver, the driver was professional and personally took care of my items. I like the professionalism of the representive who visited my home and the driver who packed and unloaded our items. The del tm was very nice. The del tm looked nice. The del tm did a overall good job. The del tm was well-mannered. All the professionalism. The good communication. I was never left with a worry feeling about my items. I was told what to expect and all my questions were answered. I thought everybody was professional, polite and knowledgeable. The crew covered the floors and the service was excellent. North American was the only company that came to my house. Other companies I dealt with over the phone asked about the number of rooms. North American was polite and I had no problems. The driver was very impressive. The Beltman Group was very good with their follow-up calls and visits. The driver that we had was good and considerate. We had not moved in thirty years and it was an emotional move for us. The driver was the key to our delivery and he was fantastic. My last experience was yesterday. I had a good experience with the unloading crew. They unloaded everything where I requested. I'm just happy with them.
